The Challenge at Manele Bay The Challenge at Manele, designed by the famous Jack Nicklaus, is simply inspiring. This par 72- championship golf course merges the natural beauty of Lanai with spectacular design. The signature hole is the 12th - a par 3 where the only fairway is the surging Pacific Ocean 150 feet below the tee.
The Challenge at Manele features 3 holes constructed on the cliffs of Hulopoe Bay which use the Pacific Ocean as a dramatic water hazard.
The spectacular natural setting of The Challenge at Manele guarantees an unforgettable round for every golfer who plays here. Perched atop 200-foot cliffs, the course offers dramatic views of the ocean from all 18 holes. Lush, green fairways are bordered by black lava outcroppings, reminders of the ancient origins of Lana'i.

The Experience at KoeleThe enchanting atmosphere of The Lodge extends to The Experience at Koele - the new and spectacular golf course designed by Greg Norman. It is as much a delight to behold as it is to play featuring views to four other islands and the spectacular 8th hole which drops more than 250 feet to the valley floor below.
As the back nine begins the wind becomes a factor and challenges your every shot. Don't miss the 18 hole putting course before or after a great round of golf at this exceptional course. The Experience at Koele, designed by Greg Norman and renowned golf course architect Ted Robinson offers the player a most interesting and enjoyable round of golf. Unlike most Hawaiian courses, the Experience is 2000 feet above sea level.

From stunning mountain vistas to lush greens surrounded by century old Cook Pines, a round at Koele is much more than a game. It is truly an experience. Designed by Greg Norman, this championship course has garnered numerous awards and accolades since its opening a mere decade ago. For no other links course in Hawaii, perhaps even the world, offers such an incredible combination of upland terrain, inspired landscape architecture, and range of play challenges. As legions of discerning golfers have discovered, playing a round at The Experience at Koele ensures you will take home bragging rights, regardless of your score. The course winds through pine forest and meadows where you may catch a glimpse of a wild turkey or even a deer. Although there are many spectacular holes and vistas on the course, two of the most memorable are a 250 foot elevation drop to a small green guarded by a tree and bunker and of course the other is the island green on hole 17.
