Golf is the name of the game at Pinehurst, with the choice of 144 holes of championship golf, you will have a tough time choosing were to play. The featured course at the resort is the # 2 Course designed by Donald Ross. This will be the host course for the 1999 U.S. Open Championships. Other notable courses include the # 7 Course designed by Rees Jones, and the # 6 Course designed by Tom Fazio. In 1996 the resort will add the newest fabulous course to its collection by opening the Tom Fazio designed # 8 Course. This new addition promises to become one of the finest resort courses in the country.

The Pinehurst Hotel built in 1901, is one of America's Historic Hotels. This stately, Victorian structure is the centerpiece of Pinehurst Resort and houses 222 guest rooms and 12 suites which have been completely renovated. The hotel features, The Carolina Dining Room for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Ryder Cup Lounge for lighter meals and cocktails. You can also enjoy the hotel shops, fitness center, meeting space, hotel pool, concierge service and friendly staff during your stay in the Pinehurst Hotel.

Pinehurst Hotel Villas, located on the grounds of the Pinehurst Hotel, the Villas are perfectly designed for the golfing foursome or eight some. Four guest rooms with double beds each connect to a central parlor which provides a spacious and comfortable hospitality area. The Villas are recently renovated and offer an inviting setting for friends to enjoy Pinehurst and their time together privately.

The Manor Inn, the historic inn is located two blocks from the Pinehurst Hotel and the village shops. The Inn offers 45 guest rooms and also features Mulligan's, a casual sports, bar and restaurant, Continental breakfast is served Friday, Saturday and Sunday to inn guests while full breakfast and dinner service is provided in the Carolina Dining Room. Shuttle service from the front door of the Manor Inn is available throughout the resort.

Condominiums, located on golf courses No. 3 and No. 5 and Lake Pinehurst, the Condos offer a choice of one, two or three bedrooms. They feature completely furnished kitchens and living rooms. On call shuttle service is provided for Condo guests to all Resort amenities.
